The purpose of this Policy is to provide transparency regarding:
available paid services;
applicable fees;
payment obligations;
cancellations;
refunds;
subscriptions;
promotional services;
taxes;
payment processing; and
changes to pricing.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to paid services offered through AntiqList, including where applicable:
paid listings;
featured listings;
promoted listings;

premium visibility;

other paid features.
Not every service listed above will necessarily be available at all times.
3. AntiqList's Role
AntiqList may offer paid digital services that increase visibility, functionality, or access to certain marketplace features.
Payment for a service does not mean that AntiqList becomes:
the seller of the advertised item;
the owner of the item;
the buyer's agent;
an authenticator;
an appraiser;
a guarantor of the transaction; or
a guarantor that the advertised item will sell.
4. Free and Paid Services
AntiqList may offer both free and paid features.
Free features may include, depending on the platform configuration:
account creation;
browsing listings;
searching;
viewing public listings;
contacting sellers; and
other basic marketplace functionality.
Paid services may provide additional functionality or visibility.
AntiqList may change which features are free or paid, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
5. Types of Paid Services
Paid services may include, without limitation:
Listing Services
Services associated with publishing or maintaining listings.
Promotional Services
Services designed to increase listing visibility.
Featured Placement
Placement in specially designated areas of the marketplace.
Sponsored Placement
Paid promotional placement identified as sponsored or promoted where appropriate.
Subscription Services
Recurring services providing additional features or benefits.
Business Services
Special features designed for professional sellers, dealers, galleries, auction businesses, or other commercial users.
6. Fees and Pricing
Applicable fees will generally be presented before the user commits to a paid service.
Depending on the service, pricing may be based on:
a fixed fee;
duration;
number of listings;
promotional placement;
subscription period;
advertising budget;
service level;
geographic targeting; or
other applicable factors.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable price before completing a purchase.
7. Currency
AntiqList may display prices in one or more currencies.
The currency used for a particular transaction will be identified at or before payment where applicable.
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may apply their own exchange rates or conversion fees.
AntiqList is generally not responsible for exchange-rate differences imposed by third parties.
8. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added to the advertised price where required by law.
Depending on the transaction and the user's location, taxes may include:
VAT;
sales tax;
digital services taxes;
other applicable indirect taxes; or
similar governmental charges.
The person legally responsible for a particular tax may depend on applicable law.
9. Payment Methods
AntiqList may support one or more payment methods, depending on its configuration and available payment providers.
These may include:
credit cards;
debit cards;
bank-based payment methods;
digital wallets; or
other supported electronic payment methods.
AntiqList may change or discontinue supported payment methods.
10. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Where a third-party provider processes payment, that provider may have separate:
terms of service;
privacy policies;
fraud-prevention procedures;
verification requirements;
transaction limits; and
payment-processing rules.
AntiqList does not control the internal systems of third-party payment providers.
11. Payment Authorization
A paid service is considered successfully purchased only when the applicable payment process has been successfully completed or otherwise confirmed by AntiqList or its payment provider.
An attempted payment may fail because of:
insufficient funds;
bank restrictions;
card restrictions;
fraud controls;
incorrect payment information;
technical problems;
payment-provider rejection; or
other circumstances outside AntiqList's control.
12. Failed Payments
Where payment fails, AntiqList may:
prevent activation of the paid service;
suspend an associated service;
request another payment method;
retry a recurring payment where permitted;
restrict account functionality; or
take other reasonable action.
Users remain responsible for valid payment obligations.
13. Recurring Subscriptions
Where AntiqList offers subscription services, the subscription may renew automatically if clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
Before subscribing, users should review:
subscription price;
billing frequency;
renewal terms;
cancellation procedure;
applicable taxes; and
refund conditions.
14. Subscription Renewal
A recurring subscription may automatically renew for another billing period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Where legally required, AntiqList may provide renewal information or reminders.
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedure.
15. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel recurring paid services through the available account settings or other cancellation method provided by AntiqList.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but may not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by:
applicable law;
the applicable service terms; or
AntiqList's stated refund policy.
16. Free Trials
AntiqList may occasionally offer free trials or promotional periods.
Where a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable:
conversion date;
price;
billing frequency; and
cancellation procedure
will be disclosed where required.
Users should cancel before the end of a trial period if they do not wish to continue with the paid service.
17. Promotional Pricing
AntiqList may offer:
introductory prices;
discounts;
promotional codes;
seasonal offers;
seller promotions;
limited-time campaigns; or
other promotional pricing.
Promotional offers may have additional eligibility requirements or expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.
18. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may be subject to:
expiration dates;
account eligibility;
minimum purchase requirements;
category restrictions;
usage limits; or
other conditions.
Promotional codes must not be sold, duplicated, manipulated, or used fraudulently.
19. Featured and Promoted Listings
AntiqList may allow users to pay for increased visibility through:
Featured Listings;
Promoted Listings;
Sponsored Listings;
Listing Boosts; or
similar services.
These services may improve visibility but do not guarantee:
a sale;
a buyer inquiry;
a specific number of views;
a specific search position;
a specific number of clicks; or
any particular financial return.
20. Advertising Services
Advertising services may be subject to the separate Advertising Policy.
Advertising fees may depend on:
campaign duration;
placement;
impressions;
clicks;
budget;
targeting;
advertising format; or
other applicable criteria.
The applicable advertising terms will be presented before purchase where appropriate.
21. Listing Fees
Where AntiqList charges a fee to create, publish, renew, or maintain a listing, the applicable fee will be disclosed before the relevant paid action where required.
Listing fees may be:
one-time;
recurring;
promotional;
category-specific; or
dependent on the selected service.
22. Fees Are Not a Guarantee of Sale
Payment of any AntiqList fee does not guarantee that an item will:
receive an offer;
receive inquiries;
receive views;
sell;
sell at the advertised price; or
generate a profit.
Marketplace performance depends on factors outside AntiqList's control.
23. Service Activation
Paid services may become active:
immediately after successful payment;
after payment verification;
at a selected future date;
when a listing is approved; or
according to the specific service terms.
AntiqList may delay activation where necessary for fraud prevention, technical verification, moderation, or legal compliance.
24. Service Duration
The duration of a paid service will depend on the service selected.
For example, a promotional service may remain active for:
a specified number of days;
a specified campaign period;
a listing's active period; or
another disclosed duration.
Once the applicable period ends, the service may automatically expire.
25. Cancellation of Paid Services
A cancellation request may apply to:
a future service;
a recurring subscription;
an advertising campaign;
a promotional listing; or
another paid feature.
Whether cancellation results in a refund depends on the applicable service terms and mandatory law.
26. Refund Policy
Refunds for paid services are governed by:
the applicable service terms;
this Policy;
the AntiqList Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
mandatory applicable law.
Not every paid service will necessarily be refundable.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will prevail.
27. Digital Services
Some AntiqList paid services may constitute digital services or digital content.
Where legally applicable, special rules may apply concerning:
immediate digital service activation;
withdrawal rights;
cancellation;
performance of the service; and
loss of withdrawal rights after performance begins.
Any legally required disclosures or consent mechanisms will be provided where applicable.
28. Services Already Performed
Where a paid promotional or digital service has already been fully performed, a refund may not be available where legally permitted.
Examples may include:
completed advertising campaigns;
completed promotional periods;
expired boosts;
completed featured placements; or
other services that have already been delivered.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
29. Partial Refunds
Where appropriate, AntiqList may issue a partial refund.
Factors may include:
unused service time;
service interruption;
technical failure;
duplicate payment;
billing error;
cancellation;
applicable law; or
specific service terms.
AntiqList is not required to provide partial refunds unless required by law or applicable terms.
30. Duplicate Payments
If a user believes they have been charged more than once for the same service, they should contact AntiqList promptly.
Where a duplicate charge is confirmed, AntiqList may:
refund the duplicate payment;
correct the billing record; or
take another appropriate corrective action.
31. Incorrect Charges
Users should review their payment confirmations and account billing information.
If a user believes a charge is incorrect, they should contact:
[email protected]
The user may be asked to provide:
transaction information;
payment confirmation;
date of purchase;
relevant listing information; and
other reasonable information necessary to investigate the issue.
32. Chargebacks
Users should contact AntiqList regarding billing disputes where appropriate before initiating a chargeback.
However, nothing in this Policy prevents users from exercising lawful rights available through their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
33. No Double Recovery
Users must not obtain multiple recoveries for the same payment.
For example, a user should not receive a refund from AntiqList and simultaneously retain a successful chargeback for the same transaction.
If a duplicate recovery occurs, AntiqList may seek correction or repayment where legally permitted.
34. Account Suspension and Paid Services
If an account is suspended or terminated because of a policy violation, fraud, illegal activity, or other legitimate reason, access to paid services may also be restricted.
Suspension or termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Any refund will depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
35. Prohibited Use of Paid Services
Paid services must not be used to promote:
prohibited items;
stolen property;
counterfeit goods;
fraudulent listings;
illegal services;
misleading advertisements;
fake authenticity claims;
fraudulent provenance;
scams;
phishing;
abusive content; or
other prohibited activity.
AntiqList may remove paid promotional content that violates its policies.
36. Removal of Paid Listings
If a paid listing violates AntiqList policies, AntiqList may:
remove the listing;
suspend the listing;
remove promotional placement;
suspend advertising privileges;
restrict the account; or
terminate the account.
Payment of a fee does not prevent AntiqList from enforcing its marketplace rules.
37. No Refund for Policy Violations
Where a paid service is removed because of a user's violation of AntiqList policies, a refund may not be available, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under the relevant service terms.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their listings comply before purchasing promotional services.
38. Technical Problems and Service Interruptions
AntiqList may occasionally experience:
technical failures;
maintenance;
server outages;
network interruptions;
software errors;
cybersecurity incidents; or
third-party service interruptions.
Where a paid service is materially affected, AntiqList may, where appropriate:
extend the service period;
restore the service;
provide a partial refund;
provide a credit; or
take another reasonable corrective action.
39. Service Availability
AntiqList does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of paid services.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
maintenance;
updates;
security measures;
legal requirements;
infrastructure issues;
third-party provider failures; or
circumstances beyond reasonable control.
40. Changes to Paid Services
AntiqList may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue paid services.
Changes may include:
pricing;
features;
eligibility;
duration;
availability;
placement;
subscription structure; or
payment methods.
Changes affecting existing recurring subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable contractual requirements.
41. Price Changes
AntiqList may change its prices from time to time.
Price changes generally apply to future purchases.
For recurring subscriptions, material price changes will be communicated where required by applicable law before they take effect.
Where required, users may have the right to cancel before the new price applies.
42. Currency Conversion and Bank Fees
Third-party banks, card issuers, and payment providers may charge:
foreign exchange fees;
international transaction fees;
bank fees;
conversion fees; or
other charges.
Such charges may not be included in the AntiqList service price.
43. Invoices and Receipts
Where applicable, AntiqList or its payment provider may provide:
invoices;
receipts;
transaction confirmations; or
other payment records.
Users should retain these records for their own accounting and tax purposes.
44. Business and Professional Sellers
Professional sellers and businesses may have additional obligations relating to:
invoices;
taxation;
consumer rights;
business disclosures;
accounting;
advertising;
commercial transactions; and
payment records.
Professional users are responsible for complying with applicable legal and tax requirements.
45. Taxes and Business Responsibilities
Users are responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations arising from their use of AntiqList.
This may include:
income taxes;
VAT;
sales taxes;
business taxes;
customs duties; and
other applicable governmental charges.
AntiqList may collect or report taxes where required by law.
46. Account Credits
AntiqList may, at its discretion and where permitted, provide account credits instead of monetary refunds.
Credits may be:
limited to particular services;
subject to expiration;
non-transferable;
non-refundable; or
subject to additional conditions.
Where applicable law requires a monetary refund, mandatory legal requirements will prevail.
47. Promotional Credits and Bonuses
Promotional credits, free boosts, coupons, and similar benefits may be subject to additional restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such benefits:
have no cash value;
cannot be transferred;
cannot be sold;
may expire; and
may be withdrawn where obtained fraudulently.
48. No Transfer of Paid Services
Unless expressly permitted, paid services are associated with the account or listing for which they were purchased.
Users may not transfer, resell, sublicense, or assign paid services to another account.
49. Fraud Prevention
AntiqList may use reasonable measures to detect and prevent payment fraud.
These measures may include:
payment verification;
account verification;
transaction monitoring;
automated fraud detection;
payment-provider controls; and
temporary transaction restrictions.
Such measures may occasionally delay or prevent legitimate transactions.
50. Payment Information
Payment information may be processed by AntiqList and/or third-party payment providers depending on the payment configuration.
AntiqList's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Users should not send complete payment-card information, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive payment credentials to AntiqList by ordinary email.

taxes;
consumer rights;
payment rules;
currency requirements;
customs rules; and
financial regulations.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

a description of the dispute.
The dispute may be reviewed under AntiqList's Dispute Resolution Policy.
53. AntiqList's Discretion
AntiqList may take reasonable action regarding paid services to:
prevent fraud;
protect users;
comply with law;
enforce platform rules;
maintain technical security;
correct billing errors; or
protect the integrity of the marketplace.
Such action will be taken subject to applicable legal requirements.
54. No Guarantee of Commercial Results
Purchasing any paid AntiqList service does not guarantee:
sales;
profits;
increased traffic;
increased inquiries;
increased ranking;
buyer engagement;
investment returns; or
any specific commercial result.
Advertisers and sellers remain responsible for their own commercial decisions.

Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedure.
15. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel recurring paid services through the available account settings or other cancellation method provided by AntiqList.

Listing fees may be:
one-time;
recurring;
promotional;
category-specific; or
dependent on the selected service.
22. Fees Are Not a Guarantee of Sale
Payment of any AntiqList fee does not guarantee that an item will:
receive an offer;
receive inquiries;
receive views;
sell;
sell at the advertised price; or
generate a profit.
Marketplace performance depends on factors outside AntiqList's control.
23. Service Activation
Paid services may become active:

another paid feature.
Whether cancellation results in a refund depends on the applicable service terms and mandatory law.

the applicable service terms;
this Policy;
the AntiqList Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
mandatory applicable law.
Not every paid service will necessarily be refundable.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will prevail.

Paid services must not be used to promote:
prohibited items;
stolen property;
counterfeit goods;
fraudulent listings;

If a paid listing violates AntiqList policies, AntiqList may:
remove the listing;
suspend the listing;
remove promotional placement;
suspend advertising privileges;
restrict the account; or
terminate the account.
