1. Purpose
This Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy explains which products, materials, objects, and services may not be listed, advertised, sold, transferred, or promoted through AntiqList.

Because AntiqList is focused on antiques, collectibles, historical objects, vintage goods, and related items, certain categories may be subject to special legal, cultural, environmental, intellectual property, safety, or import/export restrictions.

This Policy is intended to protect users and the integrity of the AntiqList marketplace.

It should be read together with the AntiqList Terms of Use and Marketplace Rules / Listing Policy.

2. General Rule
Users may only list items that they are legally entitled to advertise and sell and that are permitted under applicable law and AntiqList policies.

An item may be prohibited or restricted even if:

It is described as an antique.
It is historically significant.
It is collectible.
It is privately owned.
It was legally acquired in the past.
It is legal in the seller's country.
It is legal to possess but not legal to sell or export.

Sellers are responsible for determining whether an item may legally be advertised, sold, transferred, shipped, imported, or exported.

3. Completely Prohibited Items
Unless AntiqList expressly states otherwise, the following categories are prohibited from being listed:
3.1 Stolen Property
Items that are known or reasonably suspected to be stolen, unlawfully obtained, or subject to an unresolved ownership claim may not be listed.

This includes property:

Stolen from individuals.

5. Illegal Export or Import
Items that were illegally exported or imported may not be listed.

This may include objects that were:

Protected coral.
Certain exotic animal skins.

Sellers are responsible for verifying whether the material may legally be sold or transferred.

AntiqList may prohibit listings where legality cannot reasonably be demonstrated.

7. Animal Products and Taxidermy
