AntiqList – Modern Slavery & Sustainability Policy
Last Updated: 07 September 2026
Version: 1
Legal Name: AntiqList
Address: Yenişafak Mah. Merkezefendi Denizli / Türkiye
Email: [email protected]
Website: https://www.antiqlist.com/

1. Purpose
AntiqList is committed to conducting its activities responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws.

This Modern Slavery & Sustainability Policy describes AntiqList's approach to:

preventing modern slavery and human trafficking;
promoting responsible business practices;
supporting ethical conduct;
reducing avoidable environmental impacts;
encouraging responsible use of resources; and
maintaining appropriate standards in relationships with suppliers, service providers, developers, sellers, and other business partners.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to AntiqList's business operations and, where reasonably applicable, its relationships with:

employees and contractors;
suppliers;
technology providers;
payment providers;
logistics and service providers;
professional sellers;
business partners;
developers;
consultants; and
other third parties providing services to AntiqList.

3. AntiqList's Business Model
AntiqList operates primarily as an online marketplace and classified advertising platform connecting buyers and sellers.

Because AntiqList generally does not manufacture, possess, warehouse, or directly supply the majority of items listed by users, many sustainability and supply-chain risks associated with physical goods arise within transactions between independent buyers, sellers, manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, and other third parties.

AntiqList nevertheless seeks to promote responsible marketplace practices through its policies and platform controls.

MODERN SLAVERY
4. Commitment Against Modern Slavery
AntiqList does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, debt bondage, or other forms of exploitation within its business activities or in activities directly connected to its services where AntiqList can reasonably identify and address such risks.

5. Definition of Modern Slavery
For purposes of this Policy, modern slavery may include practices such as:

forced labor;
bonded labor;
human trafficking;
slavery;
servitude;
coercive labor practices; and
other forms of unlawful exploitation.

6. Compliance With Applicable Law
AntiqList expects its operations and relevant business relationships to comply with applicable laws concerning forced labor, human trafficking, worker exploitation, and human rights.

Where different jurisdictions impose different requirements, applicable mandatory laws will prevail.

7. Business Partners
Where reasonably appropriate, AntiqList may expect relevant suppliers, contractors, service providers, and business partners to maintain standards consistent with applicable anti-slavery and human-rights requirements.

8. Supplier and Service Provider Due Diligence
AntiqList may consider relevant ethical, legal, security, and operational factors when selecting or reviewing suppliers and service providers.

The level of review may depend on the nature, size, location, and risk profile of the relationship.

9. Risk-Based Approach
AntiqList recognizes that not all business relationships present the same level of risk.

Where appropriate, AntiqList may apply enhanced review to relationships involving:

higher-risk jurisdictions;
labor-intensive supply chains;
physical logistics;
manufacturing;
high-volume services;
sensitive data;
significant financial exposure; or
other identifiable risk factors.

10. No Forced Labor
AntiqList does not knowingly support the use of forced labor within its own operations.

AntiqList expects relevant suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable labor laws and not knowingly use forced or trafficked labor.

11. Child Labor
AntiqList does not knowingly support unlawful child labor.

Business partners and suppliers are expected to comply with applicable minimum-age and child-labor laws.

12. Human Trafficking
AntiqList does not knowingly permit its services to be used to facilitate human trafficking or related criminal activity.

Suspected trafficking or exploitation may be reported to AntiqList and, where appropriate, to competent authorities.

13. Exploitative Commercial Activity
AntiqList may restrict or remove accounts, listings, advertisements, communications, or other content where there is credible evidence that the platform is being used to facilitate serious exploitation or unlawful trafficking.

14. Reporting Concerns
Concerns relating to suspected modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, or serious exploitation connected to AntiqList may be reported to:

[email protected]

Reports should contain sufficient information to allow AntiqList to understand and assess the concern.

15. Investigation of Concerns
Where appropriate, AntiqList may review reported concerns and take measures that may include:

requesting additional information;
restricting relevant accounts or listings;
preserving relevant records;
suspending services;
removing content;
cooperating with relevant service providers; or
contacting competent authorities where legally appropriate.

16. Protection Against Retaliation
AntiqList encourages good-faith reporting of serious ethical or legal concerns.

Retaliation, threats, intimidation, or harassment directed at a person solely because they submitted a legitimate report may itself constitute a policy violation.

17. False or Malicious Reports
Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.

Knowingly submitting fabricated reports, false evidence, or malicious allegations may result in enforcement action.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND ETHICAL BUSINESS
18. Respect for Human Rights
AntiqList seeks to conduct its operations in a manner consistent with generally recognized principles of human dignity, lawful employment, safety, and fair treatment.

19. Non-Discrimination
AntiqList seeks to maintain professional and lawful business practices without unlawful discrimination.

Applicable legal requirements concerning equal treatment and employment practices will be respected.

20. Harassment and Abuse
Harassment, intimidation, threats, exploitation, or abusive conduct may be prohibited through AntiqList's Community Guidelines and other applicable policies.

21. Ethical Conduct
AntiqList expects individuals acting on its behalf to conduct business honestly and professionally.

Fraud, corruption, bribery, deliberate deception, and other unlawful conduct are not supported.

22. Conflicts of Interest
Individuals and business partners working with AntiqList should disclose material conflicts of interest where appropriate and should avoid situations that could improperly influence business decisions.

23. Anti-Bribery and Corruption
AntiqList does not knowingly support bribery or corrupt practices.

Business relationships should be conducted in accordance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

SUSTAINABILITY
24. Sustainability Commitment
AntiqList recognizes the importance of reducing avoidable environmental impacts associated with its operations and encouraging responsible practices within the marketplace where reasonably possible.

25. Digital-First Operations
As a primarily digital marketplace, AntiqList's direct environmental footprint may differ from businesses that manufacture, warehouse, or physically distribute products.

AntiqList seeks to operate efficiently through digital infrastructure and appropriate technology management.

26. Energy and Infrastructure
Where reasonably practicable, AntiqList seeks to use technology infrastructure and service providers that support efficient and responsible operation.

The environmental performance of third-party infrastructure may depend on the provider, location, technology, and energy sources used.

27. Paper Reduction
AntiqList generally promotes digital communications, documentation, records, invoices, and business processes where legally and operationally appropriate.

28. Responsible Digital Practices
AntiqList seeks to avoid unnecessary duplication, storage, processing, and transmission of digital information where doing so is reasonably practicable.

This approach may also support data minimization and efficient infrastructure use.

29. Marketplace Reuse
AntiqList's marketplace model may support the continued use, resale, restoration, collection, and preservation of existing physical objects.

The platform recognizes that extending the useful life of products can, in some circumstances, reduce the need for new production.

30. Antiques and Sustainability
The resale and preservation of antique, vintage, collectible, and historical objects may contribute to reuse and long-term preservation.

However, environmental or historical value does not override applicable laws concerning:

cultural heritage;
archaeological objects;
protected species;
endangered materials;
illegal excavation;
stolen property; or
restricted trade.

31. Responsible Sourcing
Where AntiqList has influence over its own procurement decisions, it seeks, where reasonably practicable, to consider responsible sourcing and ethical business factors.

32. Protected Species and Wildlife Materials
AntiqList recognizes the environmental and legal risks associated with wildlife-derived materials.

Listings involving protected species or restricted animal-derived materials may be prohibited or restricted under AntiqList policies and applicable law.

33. Ivory and Endangered Materials
Items containing ivory or other restricted endangered-species materials may be subject to significant legal restrictions.

AntiqList may restrict or prohibit such listings depending on applicable law and available documentation.

34. Cultural Heritage and Sustainability
Preservation of cultural heritage is considered an important aspect of responsible collecting.

AntiqList does not support illegal excavation, looting, trafficking, or unlawful export or import of archaeological or cultural heritage objects.

35. Packaging and Shipping
AntiqList encourages sellers, where reasonably practicable, to use appropriate packaging that protects items while avoiding unnecessary packaging materials.

Sellers remain responsible for complying with applicable shipping requirements.

36. Responsible Shipping
Where sellers control shipping arrangements, they are encouraged to consider appropriate and efficient shipping methods while prioritizing:

legal compliance;
item protection;
reasonable packaging;
delivery reliability; and
prevention of avoidable waste.

37. Digital Infrastructure Providers
AntiqList may use third-party hosting, cloud, CDN, security, analytics, payment, communications, and other technology providers.

The environmental practices of those providers may vary.

38. Third-Party Supplier Standards
Where commercially and operationally reasonable, AntiqList may consider the security, reliability, legal compliance, and responsible business practices of significant service providers.

RESPONSIBLE MARKETPLACE PRACTICES
39. Honest Listings
AntiqList requires sellers to provide accurate and non-misleading information about listed items.

This supports responsible purchasing decisions and reduces unnecessary disputes, returns, and shipping.

40. Authenticity and Provenance
AntiqList encourages accurate representation of authenticity, age, provenance, restoration, condition, and historical significance.

False claims may result in listing removal or account enforcement.

41. Reproductions and Replicas
Modern reproductions and replicas should be clearly identified.

Presenting modern reproductions as genuine antiques may violate AntiqList policies.

42. Responsible Consumer Decisions
AntiqList encourages buyers to conduct appropriate due diligence before purchasing high-value, culturally significant, rare, or potentially restricted objects.

43. Sustainable Use of Existing Objects
Where appropriate, AntiqList supports the legitimate reuse, restoration, preservation, and continued circulation of existing collectible and antique objects.

This does not constitute an endorsement of any particular item or transaction.

GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
44. Policy Governance
AntiqList may periodically review this Policy to assess whether it remains appropriate for its business activities and applicable legal requirements.

45. Risk Assessment
AntiqList may consider modern slavery, human-rights, environmental, legal, security, and reputational risks when appropriate to the nature of its operations.

46. Training and Awareness
Where appropriate, AntiqList may provide or encourage relevant personnel to maintain awareness of:

ethical conduct;
anti-fraud requirements;
human-rights concerns;
modern slavery risks;
information security; and
applicable legal obligations.

47. Monitoring
AntiqList may use reasonable business, security, compliance, and platform-monitoring measures to identify potential violations of its policies.

Monitoring does not guarantee that every violation or unlawful activity will be detected.

48. Corrective Measures
Where a significant concern is identified, AntiqList may take appropriate corrective measures.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include:

additional review;
requests for information;
restrictions;
suspension;
termination;
supplier review;
removal of listings or content; or
referral to appropriate authorities.

49. Cooperation With Authorities
Where legally required or reasonably appropriate, AntiqList may cooperate with competent authorities concerning suspected criminal activity, human trafficking, forced labor, environmental violations, cultural property violations, or other serious unlawful conduct.

50. Records
AntiqList may maintain records relating to significant compliance, investigation, supplier, security, and enforcement matters for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.

51. Data Protection
Any personal information processed in connection with compliance investigations or reports will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

52. Confidentiality
AntiqList may seek to handle sensitive reports and compliance information confidentially where reasonably possible.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a serious legal, safety, or security matter.

53. No Guarantee of Complete Detection
AntiqList cannot guarantee that every instance of modern slavery, human trafficking, environmental misconduct, unethical conduct, or other unlawful activity will be detected.

Users and business partners are encouraged to report concerns promptly.

54. Responsibilities of Marketplace Users
Buyers and sellers remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and AntiqList policies.

The existence of this Policy does not transfer a user's legal responsibilities to AntiqList.

55. Responsibilities of Sellers
Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that their products, sourcing, ownership, documentation, shipping, and business practices comply with applicable laws.

56. Responsibilities of Professional Sellers
Professional and business sellers may have additional legal obligations concerning:

employment;
taxation;
consumer protection;
product compliance;
sourcing;
environmental requirements; and
business disclosures.

They remain responsible for meeting those obligations.

57. No Certification
Publication of this Policy does not mean that AntiqList certifies that any particular seller, supplier, product, or business partner is free from modern slavery, environmental concerns, or other risks.

58. No Legal Advice
This Policy provides general information about AntiqList's approach and does not constitute legal, employment, environmental, tax, human-rights, or other professional advice.

59. Changes to This Policy
AntiqList may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its operations, services, technology, business relationships, or applicable legal requirements.
