If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use AntiqList.
2. About AntiqList
AntiqList is an online marketplace and classifieds platform intended to facilitate interactions between independent buyers and sellers of antiques, collectibles, vintage items, art, historical objects, and other permitted goods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AntiqList does not:
own listed items;
possess listed items;

independently verify every listing;
guarantee provenance;
guarantee ownership;
guarantee authenticity;
guarantee value; or
guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
3. Marketplace Relationship
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AntiqList acts as a platform that enables users to interact with one another.
The contract for the sale of an item is generally between the buyer and seller.
AntiqList is not automatically a party to that contract merely because the transaction was facilitated through the platform.
4. Acceptance of These Terms
You accept these Terms by:
accessing AntiqList;
creating an account;
submitting a listing;
contacting another user;
making an offer;
purchasing an item;
using an AntiqList service; or
otherwise using the platform.
Where applicable law requires a different form of consent, AntiqList may request that consent through an appropriate mechanism.

If you are not legally permitted to enter into a transaction, you must not use AntiqList to conduct that transaction.

Modern reproductions, replicas, reconstructed objects, and similar items must be clearly identified.
They must not be marketed in a manner likely to mislead buyers into believing they are original historical objects.
18. Restoration and Alteration

provenance;
shipping;
payment;
